Until this my experience in metal details always finished with the technical drawing. This time – that was just a beginning.

So at first I had to cut metal tubes in right angles and measures.

Before welding it’s very important to adjust everything very correctly. Otherwise chair will be shaky.

Welding. Matti was helping me with this. He is a precise Finnish master.

Grinding. That was a hard work and took all the day. Now I know for sure, why metal details are so expensive. Time is money…

So that’s the final result. Looks quite realistic!
